Canada Day at Canada Place 2013 Highlights
Monday, July 1, join us for the biggest birthday celebration outside of Ottawa: the 26th Annual Canada Day at Canada Place presented by Coast Capital Savings. Enjoy 13 hours of FREE family fun including music, dance, cuisine, exhibits and displays from across the nation, all in honour of Canada’s 146th birthday.
The city’s largest waterfront party welcomes over 250,000 people and will include 25 amazing music and dance performances, extreme sports displays, a celebration of great Canadian inventions, a Citizenship Ceremony, the Canadian Armed Forces and the Port Metro Vancouver Zone.
The ever-popular Canada Day Parade is back at 7:00pm and the awe-inspiring Canada Day Fireworks Show, the city’s only double barge Canada Day fireworks, will begin at 10:30pm.
